Everyone has their own unique story. We tend to get caught up in the rat race of whatever is trending and we tend to lose ourselves while trying to fit in. As humans we need connection so the tendencies are naturally there. The choices we each have daily (on so many levels) determines if we are caught up in the mix and following the crowd or actually being our genuine true authentic selves. Simple questions during the day you could ask yourself: Are you saying yes when you are really wanting to say no? This could be because we don't want to hurt someone's feelings. The problem is, we are actually hurting ourselves when we don't go with our gut yes or gut no and go with the opposite to save any guilt, pain, conflict etc. Be aware of what comes up in your day to day thoughts and feelings about everything. If a coworker/friend/family member asks if you want to get some food and you do not want to b/c your drained for example, say no, be true to yourself, maybe you need the rest and need to go with your gut this time. Maybe a friend asks for your help. You are a helpful person and they are a good friend but you are feeling a little off that day and you just want to stay home in bed eating ice-cream or whatever makes you feel good, just say no this time, it's okay and will be ok. We are not all perfect beings trying to be robots, even if the world is trying to get you to conform to a fast paced rat race robotic day to day insanity. We can choose to slow down, go our own pace and push through if we just remember to be ourselves, focus on creating and have fun along the way.
Adding vitamins to your life experience is crucial for good health. I knew I needed to add an extra boost to mine so I looked for something kinda different and ran into CShaker by MalibuC. It is a powder of Vitamin C with Zinc. At first I was like how is this going to work exactly? I am use to taking a gummy or a tablet pill form while also from natural juices from eating healthy organic fruits. It's really cool, you can add it to your water and it not only adds vitamin C and Zinc it helps remove impurities. Tap water doesn't taste like tap water after a shake of this in 8 fl. oz. You can also add it to a bath to soak in, which is great for your skin, also in lotions, and face products so you can get the vitamins inside and out for a better effect. I highly recommend checking this out! It's vegan, easy to use and also lasts for awhile depending on your choice of use. Click for more info below:

When you’ve outgrown the past..welcome to the New Earth!
Things around you don’t feel right, nothing feels the same yet there’s pieces that do from external and it just no longer makes any sense. You see patterns, repetition, people constantly responding to the outside world through the ego only and it is truly as if they haven’t seen things fully through. They think they do but from ego it’s not the true true. It’s just conditionings from the subconscious replaying and reorchestrating through out our lives. If you learn to pause and see this aka, be aware of clearly, it can change the world around you into something you couldn’t possibly had fathom before. The issue is ego wants and had its own conditioned desires. I e recently learned through human design that we each experience this “persona”. Everything that has been taught through us all has made us (our egos) be who we think we are when that isn’t who we truly are. Beyond the ego is a soul yearning to reach a spiritual quest while having this human experience. Some will understand and relate, come together as a soul tribe and some will look at you like you are crazy af! When we do our inner work we overcome the worries of what others think. We push through their non understandings and continue to grow spiritually. It is challenging and yet I personally have a lot of gratitude from life’s teachings. We all have our own life/Spiritual experiences... more about this topic through my sharing from my own personal journey soon.
